Then there's the amount of time you'll spend physically driving around looking at different properties that have made your so-called short list (which can be pages long). So be prepared to spend your weekend's house hunting. And because home prices are subject to many different factors like location, curb appeal, schools, taxes, etc., which ultimately determine the homes value, you'll have to get in the car and go look at all of them to find a diamond in the ruff.
You will learn a lot about how to buy and sell real estate with Carlton Sheets courses. However, you may want to research other sources for information as well before you buy, as you'll find much of his information is common knowledge.
